Please use this survey to report events and activities observing
Earth Day '97 to cdchase@qualcomm.com.
You may return or update this at any time, but please complete an
initial response by January 31st.
We'd like to hear what everyone is doing - from individuals
planting trees, to large festivals attracting thousands. This
information will be compiled and provided to national media,
sponsor inquiries and the general public.
This helps create a powerful message of broad support for
environmental protection and inspires others to action.
The easiest way to respond is by using the 'reply' command and
typing in your responses. Thank you for taking the time to complete
this. Please send any press releases about your activities as they
become available.
This survey is created and compiled by the Earth Day Network, Inc.,
a volunteer-based non-profit group provided networking, consulting
and referrals for local individuals, groups, businesses and schools
