Hey Brothers!
I'm writing from the Nu Rho chapter at the College of William and Mary in
Virginia.
We are in the midst of a serious debate within our chapter and i really
need help from as many chapters as possible as soon as possible.
We will be voting very soon on whether to increase our minimum service
hour requirement from 15 to 30 hours. We have collected stats on how
much service people have been doing in our chapter recently to try to
determine how much of a change this would be. We would REALLY like to
hear from EVERYONE out there within the next couple days the answers to
the following questions.
1. What is your chapter's minimum service hour requirement (if any)?
2. How many active brothers does your chapter have?
3. What is the approx. average number of hours your active brothers do?
4. How often do you raise the service requirement? When you have
raised it, does it seem that brothers rise to the challenge or go inactive?
5. How (do you think) your service requirement affects how many people
you attract to pledge and also your retention level?
6. Do you make exceptions for officers or pledges?
Please respond directly to my e-mail address (not the list).

Thank you for your help with this!
