Dear Brothers,
I just want to thank all the brothers for their helpful feed-
back. I have one more question, I know a person who is interested
in APO but is presently attending a community college. He wants
to pledge and the chapter would like him to, but I want to know is
there a certain process or can they just "cross pledge" him? Please
