Brothers,
Hello! This is my first time posting to this distinguished forum. Now
that I've buttered you all up, I have a question. . .
My chapter right now has about 25 active members and according to the
great response we've gotten at this semester's RUSH we anticipate to
at least double our size. I would greatly appreciate any suggestions
anybody might have regarding adapting to so many new people being around.
In other words, what growing pains can we expect to have and how can we
effectively deal with them? What kinds of growing pains have other
chapters faced recently and how would they suggest dealing with them?
The Growing Pains Leadership Booklet from the National Office is great,
but I want to hear some real life situations, too. I hope to hear from
you soon!
