Write a letter to the bank and tell them the situation. They will
probably give you a copy of all the checks if you plan to do an audit.
Most banks have exceptions for investigations into possible crimes.
They don't want to get roped into the problem any more than they already
are.
Whatever you do, be sure your chapter's executive committee removes this
person's access to the account immediately.
