Yes, I understand the chapter at Ohio State is jealous of you. They are
going to try for 10% of enrollment as well. What officer structure would
you use for a 6,000 brother chapter anyway? :)
I think the general rule of thumb is a large chapter is one that has more
than 100 active brothers. About two dozen chapters fall into that category.
