Easier to deal with in that way, but as far as helping with growth
and actually making some type of positive impact & letting the
chapter know that staff cares, no, it isn't.  Usually staff assumes
that things are ok because the chapters have 50 - 90 pledges...
Heck, if you were a staff person, would you think there are problems
with a 30 - 40 member pledge class?  What if the pledge classes over
the past couple of years were 50-70 for that same chapter?  On some
level, the chapter is having problems, but it isn't as apparent as
the little struggling 10 member chapter.

Why should you beilieve me?  I spent 4 1/2 years in a big (~200
member) chapter & am now on staff & advise a 10 member chapter.
