I know I'm behind on reading this list... but did want to help Pepsi out
a little bit... the promotion _was_ a real thing, but had to be closed
down with in one week... they got more responces in that amount of time
than their server was capable of handling... can't recall off the top of
my head how many books were donated, but do know that it was a lot...
and the way that i had heard about the project was not from the
internet... rather it was from multiple _respectible_ computer trade
journals...
hope this makes you feel a bit better Pepsi... am sure that we all know
you were trying to help out...
