Let me add some information to the post that REV made...
March 1st is the Registration deadline. After that, there is a $5 per person
late fee.
Housing is available for free and does not have to be with brothers. We have arranged with the Troy Boys and Girls Club for use of their facilities to house people who are attending the conference. Also, we have a deal with the Best Western in Troy (down the block from the aforementioned Troy B&G Club) so that those attending the conference can reserves rooms for $48 per night. The rooms are for up to 4 people, and you can also use roll-away cots in the rooms which will be available for $6 as opposed to the average cost of $15.
