As stated earlier, this would take some manpower and money.  I think if
we can find some alum that are willing to take about six months to
establish the program then we can hire someone to administer the
program.  This would include researching what can and cannot be done.

I personally, would be willing to pay up to $10/month for active unlimted
access IF we go into provider status, which I do NOT suggest, unless we
move into it at a later date.  I would definately be willing to pay for a
permanent email address with the @apo.org address.  A one time
registration fee would be nice, but I would also be willing to pay about
$10/year to help support the fraternity also. I could think of worse ways
to spend money on tecnology.
