Allright,
Looks like we're gonna' have to clarify this. We consider a small chapter
as being one that annually gets letters from Nationals that start out like
this, "Dear Chapter, our records show that you only have # of members.
While we appreciate the involvement of small chapters . . ."
Small chapters need some kind of support to keep from going under. If
anyone has been a small chapter or currently is one, then we need to start
sharing ideas to help each other out.
