Umm, I believe I sat NEXT to you at the 1992 convention (as well as the
1994 convention).  In my last post, I ment to say that I was a non-voice
not-voting delegate at the 92 convention (til the debate)...not the 94
convention.

My point was that officially we were not given any membership status
whatsoever until either the 1994 or 1996 convention (I forget which),
when we were granted an official "petitioner" membership status.  This
was of some debate because 3 members of our petitioning group were
brothers from other chapters (Alpha Chi, Zeta Theta, and Zeta Sigma).
They were able to be present during the discussion of rituals and pledge
programs although the two "voice" delegates were not.  I remember there
being much debate about our status during that particular convention
(1992).
