I'vee seen similar problems. Since the customer's schedule is important to
helping gain a sale, your schedule should take precedence. If you give them
times you are available, then they should agree with those times in the
interest of their business. Then if they cancel out- good riddance! You made
an acceptable plan that was turned down- you'd be the plaintiff in a
breach of contract lawsuit, instead of the orher way around. The chapter does
not have any obligation to tolerate s**t.
