Brothers,
It seems the post I made for Canada on Scouting needs to be clarified. Careful review of
the article I lifted from The Gazette (a Montreal, Canada daily) clearly indicates that
it originated in London and is therefore a reflection of the direction that the Scouting
movement is taking in England. That article does not hold true, necessarily, for the US
or Canadian experience.
Hope this clears matters a bit.
