I will be serving as the membership chair for my fraternity this fall, and
will be overseeing rush. We have had alot of new brothers come into the
fraternity lately, and alot of the older ones graduating. I'd like to do a
couple of workshops:

1) For all brothers: how to interact with pledges, how to conduct
interviews with pledges, good questions to ask on vote nights etc.

2) For big brothers: beyond the bylaws, how to best aid little brother

Does anyone know of any chapters that have done these kinds of workshops.
Many people I talk to seem to think it's "common knowledge" but I want
offer a refresher course, and help new brothers out.
