Our VP of Chapter Ops, who is in charge of all leadership training,
developed a short workshop which we now require of all members who want to
be a Big Brother. Basically, it's just a worksheet that lists our
responsibilities and goals and how best to accomplish them. The workshop
was just a half-hour, and all we did was discuss what was on the worksheet
and answer any questions, espeically from newly activated members.

Here's a synopsis of the worksheet, I hope it helps! -Amy
