Amy,

Eti Psi (Chico CA) has had a few problems in the past with it's
X-Com beard and it was very hard to deal with. Several of us observed that
the problems arose between two spacific brothers and then trickled down to
the rest of us. One of the members ended up leaving the X-com beard, but
that was not teh desired resolt we (the brotherhood) were looking for.
Another thing maky people noticed is that "if their is one
festeing problem then there is more under the sureface." It might be a
good idea to have a meeting dedicated to Problem solving. Make it a game
to see how many problem people can find (have someone write these things
down). Then go down the list and ask people how they would solve the
problem (giving one piece of candy per idea helps). If everyone is
understands that this meetign is not to be a (stomp on a brother) meeting
then I think that a lot of the problems you are noticing might be
effectivly delt with just by bringing them out and talking about them.

just an idea.
