I've been hearing rumors lately about National Office/Staff coming down
on turtling ceremonies because of certain incidents that occured at
nationals. I was wondering if anyone knew if they had actually come out
with something concrete (such as an actual policy on turtling ceremonies)
and if so what it was? thanks!
