I know that it isn't up at WebHQ yet and I'm not aware of anyone else
having taken the initiative. But if anyone would like to step forward and
encode this thing and send it to me, it will be up, and you'll be properly
cited for converting it to HTML in its credits sections. (Please contact
me if you would.) EVERY chapter was mailed a copy of this policy already
with the intention that it be returned to the national office before the
end of the school year (signed and such). I believe it is also in the new
pledge manual.
