This may be mirrored in thethread resulting from my previous post, but
anyway, let's review the IVIES with/without chapters.

WITH: U Penn, Cornell, Yale.
WITHOUT: Princeton, Harvard, Brown, Dartmouth, Columbia.

Yu'd figure that all these schools would be hotbeds of student service and
involvement. But only 37.5% of the are blessed with APO, and before 1990,
there was just Cornell. Though I think at one point back in the 50s, half
or maybe more had chapters?
