On Saturday, April 19 the Petitioning Group Ceremony was conducted at the
University of Texas at El Paso giving life to Alpha Phi Omega efforts on that
campus once again. During the ceremony eight students were inducted as
petitioners. Also present for the ceremony were Belton Lim - Region VII
Director, Corey Weiss - Section Forty Chair, Dr. C.P. Zlatkovich - past
National President, and several members of the Section Forty Staff. After
the ceremony everyone enjoyed a barbeque dinner hosted by the Petitioning
Group. The group is growing rapidly and enthusiasm is high. Section Forty
would like to extend a hearty welcome to the newest addition to the
Fraternity and wish them much success in their efforts. The group may be
