That's right (Go Service Committee! - sorry).
The Program of Emphasis for 1997-1998 is "Combating Violence and
Poverty" In accordance, the theme for National Service Week 1997 is
"Hunger and Homelessness". The theme for NSW 1998 is "Domestic
Violence and Sexual Assault".
The National Service Committee should be sending out materials
regarding NSW 1997 early next semester.
Hope that clears things up a bit.
