I'm curious. What housing is provided at CPW?
As the registration form says "$40 per person for all CPW's. This
includes a sleeping room for Friday and Saturday nights, plus all meals
Saturday breakfast through Sunday breakfast."
Generally the housing is in some dorm-like facility at the CPW location
(one of the reasons it's usually held on college campuses). For example,
the CPW in Pittsburgh is at Carnegie Mellon University, and housing is
in one of the dorms there (primarily doubles).
If you already live in the vicinity of the CPW you are attending, and
can make it to the CPW events on time, you should be able to arrange
with the National office for the discounted.rate fo $20 with no housing
provided (just meals and seminar materials). This is designed for those
who already live in the area, for which it would be silly to pay for
housing, this is not designed for people to cram 10 Brothers into a
friend's house to avoid the charge. It is important that those attending
the CPW be awake and arrive promptly.
