Dear Brothers,
I don't know if the word ever got out last week, but due to insufficient
registration, the Chapter Program Workshop slated for Boulder, Colorado was
cancelled.
The Boulder site was selected in an effort to attract brothers from the western po
portion of Region VIII and sections of Region X. Hopefully, those brothers will
take advantage of opportunities in Iowa and Texas during the weekend of July
25-27. There will be another CPW in Region X in mid-October in Sacramento, CA.
More information on the Sacramento CPW will be available later this summer.
I would like to thank the brothers who were asked to staff the Boulder CPW as
well as Fred Heismeyer for his efforts in preparing for the CPW, as well as to
Judy Wetherington who was serving as site coordinator.
We are looking forward to hosting the other nine CPWs slated for this summer. So
far, more than 200 brothers have registered to attend CPWs this summer and we
expect a lot more than that before its over and done with.
