well it has been the general consensus that enough brothers wear letters
and other APO paraphinalia that if anything happens.. the fraternity gets
blamed.
as for people being arrested on the mall for having alcohol.. ive seen it
happen every year since 1991. It doesnt happen to everyone but it happens.
oh and lee... are we getting a rendition of "I'm a little tea pot" on the
mall this time around??? :)
