Important Communication Information:
The residence hall administration at Ball State has advised me that
there will be a residence hall telephone outage as follows:
Begins Friday August 1 at 4:00p and will last at least 4 hours and could
last up to 20 hours.
Best case is that telephone service is restored at 8:00p on Friday,
worst case is the service is down until Saturday at Noon.
A number has been established for *EMERGENCY* inbound calls only:
765/282-0524.
Its my understanding that this number rings into the central residence
hall management facility where radio communication is available to the
various residence halls.
The pay telephones in and around the residence hall are not affected by
this outage and will be operational for outbound calls.
Registered participants in this CPW will be receiving a hard copy
notification of this announcement sometime this week from APO National
HQ.
