Unfortunately Tom the nature of APO-L does not allow us to close the list to
non-subscribers. The reason for the list to allow anyone to post is so that
announcements can be posted by staff and chapters who may not be subscribed to
the general list. Your best bet is to do what I do and sort your incoming mail.
