I noticed that the Region 4 conference is December 26-28 this year. I was
just curious why the conference is held so close to Christmas as opposed to
later on in the week, like December 28-30 or 29-31?
But I shouldn't complain, because I have an idea:
Why not have a 2-fer-1 special for those who may arise to the following
challenge: Go to the Region 4 conference, then on the 28th, fly up to PA to
attend the Region 2 conference. For those who sign up and attend both, maybe
a half-off discount on both registration costs, and perhaps a special APO
airline fare can be secured. How does one go about negotiating conference
specials?
So who is up to be among the very few in history to attend two Regionals in
the same week? C'mon, Bug, you're up to this, aren't you? :)
