Didn't Nashville bid for the 1994 convention?

Anyway,

I just got back frommy trip and must urge the fraternity to give serious
consideration to Nashville for the 2002 convention. Aside from being an
all-around party town, there's this hotel I saw there....

Opryland Hotel. Largest non-casino hotel in the United States, with 2880
rooms, 25 restaurants, many shops, full rec facilities and 9 acres of indoor
conservatory/atrium space, the largest arboretum of which is 4.5 acres and
has an indoor river with 15 minute boat ride.

But talk is cheap. Once I get these photos on the web and circulated, no
other hotel would stand a strong chance.... :)

Oh yeah, convention space is at least as large as the Phoenix center, but
probably a lot larger!

Just wait...
