You can get a transfer application from the national office and that will
cause the brother to be listed as a brother from your chapter (he gets a
new card with the number for this chapter on it (same national number,
just a new one within PCPS's chapter). All chapters have the choice
whether to accept the transfer brother and I've seen everything from the
brother just being introduced at a chapter meeting and the transfer
signed off, to official votes after a letter has been gotten from the
other chapter stating he was in good standing there.

You may want to take a look at whether the brothers on the tree are
people that the pledges are likely to run into even as brothers. You may
want to snip the trees at "been alumni for 5 years"
