Greetings fellow APO'ers!
I am writing on behalf of the Alpha Lambda Interest Group who will
soon be holding the Petitioning Ceremony for purposes in continuing the
process for becoming, once again, an active chapter in Alpha Phi Omega.
First some background information:
Alpha Lambda Interest Group is located in Fargo, North Dakota at
North Dakota State University. The petitioning ceremony will be held on
Sunday, September 14th at 2:00pm on the campus of North Dakota State
University. At this time, we are attempting to find out who/what chapters
might be interested in, or planning to, attend this ceremony.
The request is that you reply to this message at some point before
Wednesday, September 3rd. In responding, you are asking us to take a
preliminary count of who is planning on attending, what kind of housing
arrangements you have/need to make, and for us to send you further
information about the ceremony.
Please reply to richc@sound.net (Re: APO Petitioning), mentioning:
- Names/Number of Attendees.
- A return e-mail or mail address.
- What kind of housing you have, or are interesting in.
- Any other pertinent information that will allow us to make plans.
