Hello Again! Sending a note to let you all know more about the
North Dakota State University Alpha Lambda Interest Group's upcoming
Petitioning Ceremony. The following is supplemental information, nd should
be used as such. If you or anyone from your chapter is planning to attend,
you /MUST/ reply to this message, indicating names of attendees, number of
attendees, and if rooms are needed (if you already have rooms at a hotel
or something, mention that as well, so we know).
We would like to have a head count for the ceremony and following
events as soon as possible. Realizing that this can be tough, I would
suggest that you attempt to R.S.V.P. prior to Sunday, September 7th at
noon. (Partial information is better than none!)
Information:
The NDSU Alpha Lambda Interest Group Petitioning Ceremony will be
held on Septembet 14th at 2:00pm on the NDSU campus. Check-in for those
wishing to spend Saturday night on campus with brothers will be held
(tentatively) from 5-9pm on September 13th. The preceedings will last from
the beginning of the Petitioning Ceremony (2:00pm) until the end of a
fellowship picnic (tentatively from 3:15-6:15) on that sunday, the 14th.
At this time, we are preparing a plan for the picnic such that we
will be able to have a variety of entertainment, food, and other
activities. Suggestions, things people can bring, etc. are suggested, and
will only add to the festivities.
***** With this information done, I remind you, we /MUST/ have replies as
far as attendance prior to Sunday, September 7th at noon. *****
(NOTE: Above information is tentative, and subject to change as the time
nears and technicalities are worked out, the more we know from you, the
better we can organize things.)
