At our chapter, PI Beta, we send around a sign-up sheet, kind of like your
binder, but after the meeting the sign-up sheet goes on our board outside
our cafeteria so that all of the members who didn't see it or didn't come
to the meeting can sign up to do service or whatever the sign-up sheet is
for. Hope that I was of some help
