Just a reminder about APO-L policies. Announcements of charterings,
initiations, pledging classes, petitioning ceremonies etc. are a fine thing
to send to APO-L. It's nice to hear how things are going in other parts of
the country. However, messages of congratulations should be sent directly to
the chapter/group in question and not to the entire list.
