There are some documents available from <http://www.apo.org/> (APhiO
WebHQ, the official national-level web site) under About APhiO -
Documents <http://www.apo.org/about/documents.html> Right now, the
survival guide is not there. If anybody does either find a copy of it
on the web or puts a copy out there themselves, be sure email
webmaster@apo.org so it can be linked in. Otherwise someone on the
web team will probably be able to get it in there eventually (we're
still working on other things and trying to stay on top of our non
APhiO jobs, so it may take a little while)
