jim (and others on the list),
our bylwas specify that after the meeting is adjourned a pledge vote may
not be changed.
in roberts rules, which your chapter rules may be based on and have
underlying parlimentary authority, a revote may not take place unless a
person in the majority (winning) side of the vote wishes to say they
will consent to a revote.
i know these rules too well since we have a pledge two semesters ago who
was not voted in the first time and then the vote was rescinded and i
ended up pledging twice because i was not voted in the first time.
