Sorry John I just gotta jump on this one.
The decision is with the *active members* not *undergraduates*. Not all
actives are undergraduates, at many chapters there are graduate students who
are actives.

P.S. You know, these days I catch myself making the same slip more and more
often. I never did when I was an active. I wonder if it's because I'm
getting older or just that I've been spending way to much time with the
"old-timers" on the board who became brothers at a time when you had to be
an undergraduate to be an active.
