From previous posts, it would seem that the All-Male chapters do follow
the "Once a Brother Always a Brother" motto. This should not be
interperatated to mean "Once an ACTIVE Brother always an ACTIVE Brother"
The Chapter does not have to automatically admit to its membership a
Brother who has transferred from another school. This applies to all
chapters.

APO is a college organization. Its membership is not limited to
undergraduates. It membership is limited to people currently enrolled in
an institution where a chapter of Alpha Phi Omega is located. The chapter
may choose to limit its membership to undergraduates.
