I was president of Zeta ('71 $ '72)the year after and during the time that
we
started the National pust to make APO go coed. We had the first female
member of national under name B Hesselmyer.

For all of you male only types. Remember not to long ago you had to be a
white male to join. Are you also against all races.

From the first day, APO was open to all races, This was the basis for our
falling out with the National IFC. One of the problems with APO-L is that
an wild statement can start an enduring myth. This kind of false statement
is dangerous!
