Jen Miller's suggestion of not mentioning the greek letters in the
beginning is a good one. Also if your having problems with a hotel you can
always point them to other hotels where sucessful APO confrences/events
were held and nothing happened. In fact when WPI was looking at hotels for
our regionals bid, several hotels asked us for the names and address
information of hotels where regionals were held in the past. They were
very reassured from what the the '95 and '93 region I/II hotels told them,
and it was a major reason why they finally accepted to host our events if
we won the bid.
