If I'm right here are the possible non-chapter votes on the floor of the
convention:
10 alumni voting delegates (one per region)
18 Board Members (10 RDs 6 PDs VP and Pres)
~16 past presidents
1 founding life member (Donald Terwilliger)
and
1+ life members of the board (under the now defunct 20 year rule)
so I make that 46+ non chapter votes possible on the floor.
or if we've got 650 chapter votes... about 11%
though the non-chapter votes are more likely to be there as money and
interest
are not issues in their case.
