   Why do so many chapters call the "Brotherhood Initiation Ritual"
inductions?
 rushee's are inducted into pledgeship
 pledges (well, neophytes really, being post vote) are initiated into
 Brotherhood, and Brothers are installed into office.
   The first is up for debate, the other two (Initiation, Installation) are
 definitely formalized within APO documents...
  I find it interesting that so many posted it and so many said inducted....
