Hey all!

I don't like the bearing little experience part, since in many
(most?) cases our Newly Inducted Brothers bring an incredible amount of
experience and perspective with them. I like the way NIBble sounds and I
always lowercase the last letters. It just rolls off the tongue!

I can understand the distaste for the term if it's used in a derogatory
manner, but hey we're all brothers and at E-Funky-E it's like a term of
affection.   (;
