Actually the earliest date I've ever heard of is 1958! by someone from
Zeta chapter. (This would have not only been before women were allowed
Nationally, but when scouting/scouter activity was required.)
BTW, does anyone know if time as a cub scout or as a cubscouter qualified
someone before 1967?
