Bill Rugh wrote that any new chapter "may be all male".  Bill you are in
error!

By Article III, section 1 (open membership):  "Membership shall be open to
ALL students, upon the approval of the respective collegiate chapter ..."

Unless the college is all male or all female, it must be open to all
students.  If the college is coed, the chapter CANNOT be all male or all
female but be open to both sexes.

Sorry Bill, but please get it correct!!!

Please reread my post.  I am quoting from the Convention Report!  Ou may
not like it, but that is the policy established by Convention Action.
