                One way to increase diversity may be to look for a chapter
in your area that has elements that you lack.  Try to look and see what
RUSH events they have and try to incorporate them into your RUSH.  Then
invite those members of the local chapter(s) that are of the catagory you
lack.  Be up front and explain why you are inviting them.
        In my chapter case, we have often been asked to attend other local
chapters' RUSH events, because they hope to attract more male members.
