There are a number of examples of brother/sister relationships among
greek letter organizations. The strongest of these, IMHO, is the Zeta Phi
Beta & Phi Beta Sigma relationship which among other things requires that
if one exists at a campus they will go out of their way to try to bring
the other on campus. There are a number of other weaker ties including
those between honoraries which established strong ties with their gender
equivalents to reduce the effect of the Title IX result. These include
the relationship between Delta Omicron and Phi Mu Alpha-Symphonia(I think
the female is Phi Mu Alpha, it may be Sigma Alpha Iota)

The degree to which Alpha Phi Omega helped GSS get started is relatively
small, only one of the original 8 founding groups had APO support on
their campus (Drexel), though that is the one from which the name GSS is
taken, I believe. A much stronger argument for affiliating with a group
that was helped to start by APO is Omega Phi Alpha.

However in the case of both GSS and OPA active chapters having no APO
chapter or a co-ed APO chapter on campus with them is more common than
having an all-male chapter.

Here is my list of the service sororities on the campuses that APO has
all-male chapters. For these purposes the NPHC (Nationally Historically
Black) Sororities are not being counted. NIA means I couldn't get the
information. (And I'd like to get information on these)
