I remember mention of the Souting article, but I'm almost positive the
article was not about Kappa Chapter at Carnegie Mellon University in
Pittsburgh, PA. Kappa won the Disborough award in Phoenix (check out
http://www.andrew.cmu.edu/~dc30/aphio/feb97_newsletter/region.html for a
picture). I seem to remember that the article was about a chapter in
Illinois/Indiana or somewhere in that neck of the woods...
