Both OPA and GSS had some contact with GSUSA, but neither had anywhere
near the tie with GSUSA that APO did. Omega Phi Alpha for its first 5
years (1953-1958) did require that members have been either Girl Scouts
or Campfire Girls.

I don't think GSUSA would be interested in starting something like that.
For starters they already have a College Girl Scouts (CGS) program, but
chapters are run independently with control going from the CGS unit to
the local council rather than to a national CGS group.
