Hey all,
My name is Matt Grabowski and I am the SVP from Omicron Iota. I've been
reading lots about differnt service programs and projects and such but I
am really really shaky on how do you plan a serive program for a chapter
that is expanding pretty quickly. We have a pledge class this semmester of
30 and in the fall we voted in 18. Our active brotherhood was only about
53 before Christmas and now we have over 60 Actives and 30 Pledges. How do
yall structure an amount of service to get everyone involved and getting
all those service hours accomplished. We only require 8 hours from
Brothers per semester and yet I feel like I am only able to tap about 40
of 90+ to do service. DO you do lots of little projects? Do you do 3 big
ones and then do a small one each weekend?

I need ideas to help plan the chapters fall program and get the spring
things set.

Mattyg
